The music was great but when we asked the front desk what the event was the young lady didn’t have any idea. 4th night: there appears to be an outdoor club at the end of the property. 1st night: there was a wedding and a first communion. They definitely should just warn you that it is a popular hotel for events, at least during the summer, so during our 5 nights there were 3 nights of celebration.
The room we stayed in was very modern and well maintained. I find the word ‘luxury’ misused a lot but in this case it was accurate. We really liked the hotel, it was a last minute accommodation which we really appreciated and for $500 a night it was pretty nice. NYC| LA I would agree with a lot of what Katherine wrote from May 2022. Especially the front desk which sets the tone for the whole experience. Personally, I found the staff to be fine. After that we were too tired from our daily excursions to be bothered by it.
